Proof Technology is seeking independent Process Servers to deliver legal documents in Muskegon, Michigan and surrounding areas. As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule and workload, choosing the jobs you want to accept through the Proof app.

Qualifications

• Licensed, registered, or certified process server as required by state laws.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient with mobile apps on iPhone/iPad or Android.
• Ability to scan and print documents; FedEx printing services available.
• Prior process serving or related field experience required.
• NAPPS membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in your area.
• Set your own schedule and workload via the Proof app.
• Track earnings and communicate with clients using the Proof platform.
