Ideal candidates are organized, customer-friendly, and comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule outside of a traditional office.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Tech-savvy with a mobile device and the ABC app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Hours vary, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving is helpful but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents accurately to designated parties.
• Operate independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Follow state laws and maintain records in the app.
