Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Tech-savvy with a mobile device and ability to use a mapping/app.
• Able to scan and print documents.
• Willing to work variable hours—early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Experience in process serving helpful but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server; state laws vary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents to assigned addresses.
• Plan routes to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of service attempts.
• Work independently with professional communication when meeting people.
