Qualifications

• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive and swallowing therapy.
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, patients and families.
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional goals and independence.
