Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Lake Orion, Michigan on a PRN basis. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work within a collaborative rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs while maintaining documentation and communicating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Michigan SLP license in good standing required.
• ASHA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and care team members.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide quality, patient-centered care.
