Concept Rehab, Inc. in St. Joseph, MI is seeking a flexible PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. This role offers the freedom of PRN scheduling while contributing to individualized patient care.

You will provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy; evaluate patients; develop and monitor treatment plans; collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, patients, and families; and help clients achieve meaningful independence.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• CCC‑SLP preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed; complete required clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, patients, and families.
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional goals and greater independence.
