Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. invites a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Bellaire, Michigan team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexibility to supplement your schedule while delivering meaningful therapeutic care in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.

As part of a therapist-owned company with over 45 years of experience, you’ll evaluate, treat, and document patient progress, collaborating with families and healthcare colleagues to maximize independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Michigan SLP license.
• ASHA certification/eligibility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals and needs.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services and monitor progress.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team.
• Participate as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Help patients maximize independence and quality of life.
