Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for Michigan licensure.
• Current Michigan SLP license.
• ASHA certification/eligibility preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services and monitor patient progress.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team.
• Participate as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Help patients maximize independence and quality of life.
