Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Server to deliver high-quality dining service in a supportive senior living environment. The role focuses on friendly resident interactions, accurate order taking, and maintaining clean dining areas.

The position offers AM/PM shifts with pay rates of $17.00–$17.34 per hour, and a benefits-ready environment for part-time engagement. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations or willingness to learn
• Age 18+ with proper work permit
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Health screening and TB test results within validity
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Take written food orders and serve meals to residents and guests in a courteous, efficient manner
• Assist residents with meal selections and accommodate dietary needs as directed
• Clear tables and reset dining areas; maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards
• Greet and seat residents; help welcome new residents and integrate them into the community
• Monitor resident attendance at meals and report to the supervisor promptly
• Aid in marketing efforts through professional appearance and positive interactions
• Handle stocking, condiments, and restocking tasks as needed
• Report safety or equipment issues to supervision
