Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is seeking a PRN Server to support our dining services and provide high-quality customer service to residents and guests.

The role involves taking orders, serving meals, assisting with menu choices, and maintaining dining areas with proper etiquette. Shifts may vary between AM and PM, with a competitive hourly rate of $17.00–$17.34.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or dining service preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with meal selections.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes written food orders and serves meals to residents and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Assist residents with meal/menu selections as necessary or requested.
• Use proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables and clearing dishes.
• Review residents' dietary needs as outlined by Supervisor.
• Track resident attendance at meals and report to the appropriate person.

Job Description

We are looking for a PRN Server. Rate : $17.00-$17.34 per hour Schedule : May Vary AM & PM

Job Summary: The Server is responsible for making the residents dining experience pleasant and positive; providing the highest quality of customer service, while maintaining dining areas, seating residents and serving meals.

Essential Job Duties (Include % of time for each responsibility)

• Takes written food orders and serve meals to residents, family members and visitors in a professional, efficient and courteous manner making sure that customer satisfaction is the result 100%
• Assist residents with meal/menu selections as necessary or requested 30%
• Use proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables courteously and professionally (serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.) 100%
• Review residents dietary needs, as outlined by Supervisor 5%
• Track resident attendance at meals, and provide that information in a timely manner to the appropriate person 5%`
