MBK Senior Living is hiring a Server to provide high-quality dining experiences for residents, families, and guests. You will take orders, serve meals, and support the dining room team in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Must be 18+ or have proper work permit.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• English speaking, writing, reading and understanding skills.
• Basic counting skills for tracking meals/residents.

Responsibilities

• Take written food orders and serve meals professionally.
• Assist residents with meal selections as necessary.
• Serve from the left and clear between courses with proper etiquette.
• Greet and seat residents, make them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and proper food handling.
• Report safety or equipment issues to Supervisor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure positive dining experiences.
