Job summary

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Vaccination Registered Nurses for the 2026 Vaccination Initiative in Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs seeking flexible PRN scheduling to support community immunization during the 2026 season.

The RN will administer vaccines such as influenza, COVID-19, and MMR in a retail healthcare setting, provide patient education, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure safe, compassionate care aligned with established protocols.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of work.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience including immunizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Interact professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment.
• Motivate and support fellow staff members.
• Assist in achieving clinic performance goals.
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements.
• Candidate MUST be flexible with work hours.
