Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio as a PRN RN in Stepdown. You will provide direct nursing care, follow patient care plans, monitor patients, and coordinate with the care team in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment.

This flexible PRN position requires a nursing degree (Diploma/ADN/BSN), current RN license, BLS, and ACLS if in critical care, plus two years of recent nursing experience. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS if in Critical Care area either at hire or within first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement, monitor, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and coordinate with all disciplines for well-coordinated care.
• Assess discharge needs and maintain ongoing professional development.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders and ensure patient safety.
