Job summary

Varco Home Health seeks a PRN RN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care across Dallas and surrounding areas. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services with autonomy and schedule flexibility.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas RN license, with home health or acute care experience, strong clinical judgment, and solid communication skills. Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; WellSky/Kinnser experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
