Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking PRN nurses to provide one-on-one in-home care across Magnolia, TX, and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, independence, and meaningful patient care, with a focus on work-life balance or supplemental income.

You will perform assessments, develop and follow care plans, deliver skilled nursing services, educate families, monitor progress, and document findings. A Texas RN license is required, with home health or acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas RN license.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
