Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN RN to deliver one-on-one in-home care in Rockwall, TX. You will conduct assessments, create and follow individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing services with a focus on safety and patient education.

The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and meaningful, patient-centered work in patients' homes. Texas RN license is required, with home health or acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license is required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
