Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts in Simpsonville, SC. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, med administration, monitoring resident conditions, collaborating with CNAs and the care team, and maintaining accurate PCC documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
