Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; work experience may not substitute for education.
• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as an RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage patient care under general supervision using the nursing process.
• Interviews, obtain physicals, educate patients, and document care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address needs and ensure safety.
• Respond to the unique needs of all patients and maintain professional standards.
