Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative therapy team in Battle Creek, MI. This flexible PRN role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence for patients in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.

You will provide skilled treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, document progress, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan PTA license is required.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable and patient-focused.
