City Park Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Denver, CO, is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program. The PTA license is required, and we welcome PTAs at all experience levels, including new grads.

Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions per regulatory standards.
Administer procedures as part of rehab plan: manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
Generate discharge summaries of services, ensuring regulatory compliance.
