Job summary

City Park Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Denver, CO is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds, following regulatory and clinical standards.

We offer flexible PRN scheduling, competitive hourly pay of $32–$45 depending on experience, and a supportive therapy team. New grads are welcome to apply and grow within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• PTA license required.
• Open to all experience levels, new grads welcome.
• Ability to conduct screenings, evaluations and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds.
• Deliver skilled rehabilitative treatments per plan.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT - PRN

CITY PARK HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION - DENVER, CO is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.

We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

PRN: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $32 - $45/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.

Open to PTAs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
