Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at LaBelle Health and Rehabilitation Center in LaBelle, FL. Required is an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, a current PTA license, and preferred 1 year of PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as PTA is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
