Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at LaBelle Health and Rehabilitation Center in LaBelle, FL. You will work under an OT, implementing treatment plans and supporting patient progress while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have an OTA degree, an active state COTA license, and NBCOT certification; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in OTA program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of COTA experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
