Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to support Concordia at Sumner in Copley, OH. You will provide patient care under therapists, including therapeutic exercises and modalities, with a flexible schedule that matches your availability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or license eligibility for PTA.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Document patient treatments and progress per facility policies.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing, and wellness staff for coordinated care.
