Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient progress; educate patients and families on treatment protocols and self-care techniques.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
