The Village at Marymount is seeking a reliable and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate therapy team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our seniors. This in‑house, on‑site program provides stable leadership and resident‑centered care.

You will support rehabilitation goals for seniors, with flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment. New grads are welcome, and collaboration with nursing and therapy teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio PTA license
• Experience in skilled nursing or senior living preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset
• New grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional activities
• Document treatments accurately and timely
• Communicate progress and concerns with the therapy team and nursing staff
• Support a safe, encouraging, and resident-centered environment
