Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist.
• Confers regularly with Physical Therapist regarding patient's plan of treatment.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment documentation in required format.
