Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Adrian, MO is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a collaborative rehabilitation setting. You will work under a Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Missouri or eligible, graduates from an accredited PTA program, and demonstrates strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, balance, strengthening, and endurance
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the therapy team
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
