Join Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities. We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place.

The PRN PTA will perform skilled treatments on home visits in Kissimmee, FL, document per plan of care, and collaborate with physicians, families and the care team. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
