Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to perform geriatric PT during home visits in Kissimmee, FL. This PRN role offers flexibility and the chance to help residents age in place.

Responsibilities include implementing plan of care, improving mobility, communicating with physicians and families, and documenting care accurately. Requirements: Associate degree and Florida PTA license; two years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy Treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
