Job summary

Countryside Care Center in Macomb, IL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. You will deliver therapy treatments under the guidance of the Physical Therapist and assist residents with mobility, balance, and transfers.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist with mobility, strengthening, and balance activities.
• Support residents with transfers and safe ambulation.
• Observe patient response and report updates.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
