Brigham City Community Hospital, Inc. is seeking a PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and mobility after illness, injury, or surgery.

You will assess needs and create personalized therapy plans with a focus on meaningful goals and patient outcomes. You will work with physicians and care teams to deliver evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on safe exercise programs.

Qualificações

• Requires Utah licensure as Physical Therapist (LPT) and Basic Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or equivalent.
• PRN outpatient setting experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safety.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions in recovery.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding our values.
