Job summary

Langdon Place of Keene in Keene, NH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for flexible PRN therapy services. The selected clinician will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders, while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia.
• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
