Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position in Shelbina, MO. You will join a therapist-owned team in a collaborative skilled nursing setting, focusing on patient outcomes while offering a flexible schedule.

You’ll evaluate and treat diverse conditions, develop individualized plans, and educate patients and families. We value teamwork, clinical leadership, and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize function and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely documentation in accordance with standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
