Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Salisbury, MO is seeking a Licensed PRN Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to restore movement and improve quality of life.

This PRN position emphasizes one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. New grads welcome; CPR preferred; opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program).
• Valid state PT license.
• Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations.
• Create and lead individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
• Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians.
• Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
