PACS Group is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for a PRN position at Anchor Post Acute, a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Aiken, SC. You will evaluate residents, create treatment plans, and work with a supportive team to restore mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed or eligible for South Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and collaborate with nursing and medical staff.
