Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/PT/RPT) to provide hospice therapy in a home setting in Saint Augustine, FL. The role offers flexible PRN assignments and competitive compensation with clinical autonomy in a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community or home setting.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
