Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the APTA.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• At least two years of experience in an acute care or similar setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services according to a physician’s plan of care.
• Evaluate patient function and assist in developing care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians to coordinate care.
• Document clinical notes and progress reports in a timely manner.
