Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Lake City team on a PRN, daytime schedule at Lake Montgomery Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lake City, FL. You will work under a supervising PT and help deliver quality patient care.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, an active PTA license in Florida, and at least 1 year of prior PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for PTA role.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
