The OT will perform home-based evaluations, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Current Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New Mexico.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
