Always Best Care Senior Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for flexible PRN/part-time work to support growing skilled home health services. Evaluate patients in home settings and develop personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role is ideal for OTs seeking additional income, with opportunities to expand hours as needs grow. Requires NM OT license and excellent clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home OT evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support growth of our skilled home health program.
