Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing skilled home health team. This flexible PRN/part-time opportunity lets you supplement your current practice while delivering meaningful, patient-centered care in home settings.

You will perform home-based OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, complete accurate documentation, and contribute to expanding our therapy

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of New Mexico.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver''s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform home-based occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support the growth and development of the home health therapy program.
