Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs and plan therapy accordingly.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Provide one-on-one OT sessions addressing motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.
• Use adaptive equipment and techniques to promote independence and functional skills.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, speech therapists, and other staff for coordinated care.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies.
