Job summary

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital -Covington is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) for day shifts to evaluate rehabilitation potential, establish goals, and plan and administer a treatment program tailored to each patient.

Responsibilities include delivering OT interventions per policy, maintaining quality patient care, and communicating effectively with team. Louisiana licensure, current BLS, and English proficiency required; flexible schedule offered with ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Maintains Louisiana State License in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s rehabilitation potential and establish realistic goals.
• Plan and administer a customized OT treatment program.
• Deliver OT treatments in accordance with policies ensuring high quality care.
• Coordinate with the care team to support patient outcomes.
