Job summary

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital - Covington is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) for day shifts. The role focuses on evaluating a patient’s rehabilitation potential, establishing goals, and planning and administering a tailored treatment program to meet individual needs.

All OT treatments follow established guidelines to maintain high-quality patient care. The position offers a flexible with variable day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Louisiana State License in good standing is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s rehabilitation potential and establish goals.
• Plan and administer a treatment program to meet the patient’s needs.
• Deliver Occupational Therapy treatments per policies to ensure quality of care.
