Job summary

AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital - Covington is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for weekend shifts, responsible for evaluating a patient's rehabilitation potential, establishing realistic goals, and planning and administering a treatment program which best meets that patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance to achieve that goal.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Maintains a current Louisiana State License in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient's rehabilitation potential and establish realistic goals.
• Plan and administer a treatment program that meets the patient's functional capacity.
• Ensure treatments comply with established policies and procedures and maintain high-quality patient care.
