Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for the full-time night shift. The role involves providing nursing care, administering meds, and monitoring residents in our post-acute setting in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualifications and licenses required or valid in OH.
• Experience in long-term or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Document nursing care and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with STNAs, physicians and other professionals to ensure quality care.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during night shifts.
• Promote safety, dignity, and comfort for residents at all times.
