Job summary

Leidos is seeking licensed MFLCs to provide flexible, PRN-type counseling across military installations and communities in the Spokane, WA area. Counselors address a range of issues for Service Members and families, focusing on prevention and resilience with no required treatment plans or insurance overhead.

Positions support Adult, SOCOM, and CYB assignments, with readiness for assignment and clearance needs. Master’s degrees and U.S. citizenship are required, along with a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional to practice in the United States.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check required.
• Strong interpersonal skills for counseling adults and/or youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face mental health counseling to Service Members and families.
• Offer solution-focused counseling and referrals as needed.
• Adapt counseling approaches for military environments and time-constrained settings.
