Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our award-winning home health team in Pinellas County, FL. This PRN/per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact patient lives daily.

Qualified candidates have an active Florida LPN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred), and a valid Florida driver’s license with appropriate auto insurance. IV certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; Home Health experience preferred.
• IV certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients according to the patient’s plan of care.
• Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Serve as a patient advocate, communicating with physicians, clinical managers, and RNs.
• Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day.
