Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team in Hillsborough County, FL. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a difference with a recognized home health provider.

You will render high-quality, compassionate care per the patient's plan of care, coordinate with physicians and RNs, and advocate for patients while contributing to a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health experience a plus.
• IV certification preferred.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
